The following freeforms are rejected due to complete overlap with the Wing Type tags in the Character slot: plant wings, magical wings

Nominators who did not follow the guidelines of saying 'winged!' to mark whose wings should be focused on have either been cleared (if nobody has canonical wings) or had their nominations accepted with 'winged!' appended to every character who has canonical wings.

Books of the Raksura - Martha Wells - Your mod has no idea if half-Raksura can have wings and thus erred on the side of not marking wings for them, since the other categories include people who can have wings.

All kinds of wings are welcome! Bird wings, bat wings, dragon wings, insect wings, robot wings—they’re all wings! They’re all cool!

All fic in this exchange must include a character with wings, and should contain some level of focus on the fact of being winged, whether that’s about the daily struggles of living with wings in a world not optimised for wings or about wing grooming and other classic wingfic tropes.
