Hi all, thank you for the fun nominations so far! I'm excited to see the tagset taking shape. :)

1.
Please disambiguate your nominations! This should be something specific to the fandom and is often not the canonical.

Specifically (but not exclusively):

1a.
Dark Souls nominator(s), please disambiguate "Dark Souls II" and "Dark Souls (Video Games)" to make it clear which fandom your nomination goes under! (Dark Souls (Video Games)) and (Dark Souls II) would work, for instance!

1b.
FFVII nominator, "(Compilation of FFVII)" is a separate fandom from "Final Fantasy VII (Video Game 1997)", which I'd probably disambiguate as "FFVII 97" or something of the sort.

2.
You must nominate at least one character in a fandom. "Creator's Choice of Canon Character (Disambiguation)" is extremely broad but is an acceptable nomination.

Specifically:
Catwings nominator, that's a fantastic fandom but you need a character in there!


Nothing is in danger of being rejected at this time, but if too many nominations pile up I may need to reject some in order to see new nominations.

I have rejected all freeforms that were not about wings. Many of them were excellent Likes, but they are not appropriate freeforms for this exchange.

If you have changed a rejected nomination to be about wings/flying (and do not have slots left to nominate), you may comment on this post with your edited and properly-formatted nomination and I will add it to the tagset. This offer remains open until nominations close.

Rules Update

I haven't written out the full rules update yet; look for that in a month or so! But in brief:

Character/Relationship Nomination Changes:

• You will be nominating CHARACTERS, not relationships.


• By requesting a character, you will be asking for the fic to be about them having wings.


• Relationships (& or /) are optional details.

Freeform Nominations Changes:

• Tags will be grouped into categories like "Any:" "Dragon:" "Angel:" etc.


• Tags will therefore look like "Any: Broken Wings", "Any: Protecting Other Character(s) With Wings", "Angel: Lose Wings by Falling From Heaven", "Fairy: Wings look like flower petals", etc.


• Freeform tags nominated without a prefix will be given ~24hrs to add a prefix before the mod adds "Any:" as a prefix.
